Good morning,
I am experiencing some troubles with the Neurorobotic Platform, indeed when I access the platform I am no more able to see my experiments since it is continuosly loading without showing anything. The same happens if I try to see the experiment files or I try to clone a new experiment.

The user had apparently a broken list of experiments on the online servers. I couldn’t reproduce her issue. Eventually, she did not follow up so the ticket is considered closed.

This is not a bug report, but direct user support. This ticket is being closed and support is being continued on Zammad.
